Welcome to REMO
REMO runs a real estate media studio: the bookings, the crew, the editing, the delivery, and the money — from one calm place. Photography, video, drone, twilight, 3D tours, floor plans; whatever your studio shoots.
It is built for the people who run these studios, and for the photographers, editors and clients who work with them.
What REMO does
- Takes the booking. Clients book on your own branded page. Prices come from your catalog at the property's real square footage. Available times come from your hours and your crew's calendar.
- Assigns the shoot. The photographer who fits the job — right skills, close by, not overloaded — is on it the moment the booking lands.
- Moves the job through. Shoot, raws, editing, review, delivery. Every job is a page anyone on it can open, with its media, its status and its history.
- Edits, if you want it to. REMO AUTO routes raws to an AI editing engine and brings finals back for review. Your own editors work from a queue built for them.
- Delivers and gets paid. A delivery page per listing, gated on payment if you say so. Stripe or Square.
- Tells you when something needs you. The Feed is your home: a job stuck in editing, a shoot running late, a change waiting for your approval. Everything else, REMO handles and reports.
REMO, the agent
REMO is also the name of the agent in the product. Ask it in the dock beside your work, or as
@REMO in your own Slack:
Push today's Coral Way shoot to 4pm.
Who's clear on Thursday afternoon?
Raise agent headshots to $250.
Routine things it does and reports. Changes to how your studio runs — prices, rules, policy — it drafts as a proposal in your Feed. Nothing applies until you approve it, unless you have told it otherwise.
The Handbook
Your studio's rules live in a Handbook: a document, in prose, that REMO reads and follows. Your hours, your notice period, your travel fee, who edits what, when clients pay. Tell REMO a rule in plain words and it drafts the change; approve it and the Handbook, the catalog and the booking page all update together. Every revision is kept.
The places
Signed in as an owner, admin or manager, your rail has five places:
| Place | What it is |
|---|---|
| Feed | Home. What needs you, what REMO is watching, what was handled. |
| Jobs | The pipeline board — every job by stage, with the ones that are stuck or late marked. |
| Schedule | The crew's calendar: shoots, availability, time off. |
| Handbook | Your studio's policy, and every change ever made to it. |
| Advanced | The settings screens: catalog, team, branding, connections, billing. |
Photographers and editors get their own decks — a phone-first field deck for the shoot, an editing queue for the finals — and clients get a portal for their own jobs, bookings and downloads.
Where to start
REMO is in a closed beta, opening studio by studio. Start with Getting access, then Setting up your studio and Your first booking.
Already in? The User Guide covers the day-to-day; the Admin Guide covers the studio's settings.
REMO FAST is a separate, standalone AI photo-enhancement tool. It is in beta and is not required for anything in REMO itself.
