Branding & White-Label

Create a professional, branded experience for your clients with REMO's comprehensive branding system.

Logo Configuration

  1. Navigate to Advanced → Settings → Brand
  2. Click the logo upload area
  3. Select a square image (minimum 200x200px, recommended 512x512px)
  4. Your logo appears immediately across the platform

Logo Display Locations

Your logo appears in:

  • Navigation header (authenticated pages)
  • Public booking pages
  • Media delivery pages
  • Email headers
  • Client-facing communications

Hide Workspace Name

For a cleaner, logo-only header:

  1. Go to Advanced → Settings → Brand
  2. Enable "Hide workspace name"
  3. Only your logo displays in the header

This is ideal for workspaces with logo marks that include the company name.

Theme Colors

Customize your brand colors to match your visual identity.

Primary Color

The primary color is used for:

  • Buttons and call-to-action elements
  • Links and interactive elements
  • Progress indicators
  • Selected states

Secondary Color

The secondary color provides:

  • Complementary accents
  • Hover states
  • Secondary buttons
  • Highlights

Setting Theme Colors

  1. Go to Advanced → Settings → Brand
  2. Click the color picker for Primary or Secondary
  3. Enter a hex color code or use the picker
  4. Preview changes in real-time
  5. Click Save to apply

Color Application

Theme colors are applied to:

  • Public Booking Page - Buttons, progress steps, accents
  • Delivery Pages - Download buttons, gallery UI
  • Emails - Headers, buttons, links
  • Client Portal - Navigation highlights, action buttons

White-Label Email

Transactional emails REMO sends on your behalf carry your branding, so clients experience a consistent identity from booking through delivery.

What's branded

  • Logo and colors in the email header and buttons, matching your theme
  • A role-aware welcome email when someone joins your workspace — worded for the kind of member they are (client vs. team member)
  • Generic, white-labeled wording on account emails (password reset, email verification) so they read as coming from your company rather than "REMO"
  • Booking confirmations, assignment notices, and delivery-ready notifications

tip

Set your logo and theme colors first — emails pull from the same branding configuration, so there's nothing separate to style.

Theme Mode (Dark Mode)

REMO supports light, dark, and system-preference themes.

Theme Options

ModeDescription
LightTraditional light interface with white backgrounds
DarkDark interface with reduced eye strain for low-light environments
SystemAutomatically matches the user's device/browser preference

Setting Theme Mode

  1. Click your profile menu in the navigation header
  2. Look for the theme mode toggle
  3. Select Light, Dark, or System
  4. The interface updates immediately

Theme preference is stored per-user and persists across sessions.

Custom Domains

Workspaces can use custom domains for complete white-label branding.

Benefits

  • Professional URLs: book.yourcompany.com instead of app.remo-app.com/book/slug
  • Brand consistency: Your domain throughout the client experience
  • Trust: Clients stay on your domain during booking and delivery
