Dropbox Integration

Why Dropbox?

  • Automatic file organization
  • Familiar for photographers
  • Easy sharing with clients
  • Backup of all media

Connecting Dropbox

www.remo-app.com/admin/integrations/dropbox
  1. Go to Advanced → Settings → Integrations
  2. Click "Connect Dropbox"
  3. Sign in to Dropbox
  4. Authorize REMO
  5. Select or create a folder for REMO files

How It Works

When raw media is uploaded:

  1. Files upload to REMO storage
  2. Raw media is copied to the job's Dropbox input folder — this covers photographer uploads and client uploads for human editing orders
  3. Edited deliverables go to the output folder
/REMO/
/[Job Address] - [Date]/
/input/ # Raw files (photographer or client uploads)
/output/ # Edited files for delivery
AI editing skips Dropbox

Orders edited by REMO AUTO (AI) are not routed to Dropbox — the AI pipeline reads source media directly from REMO storage. Dropbox sync applies to shoots and human-editing orders.

For full folder details, see Dropbox Integration.

Disconnecting

  1. Go to Advanced → Settings → Integrations
  2. Click "Disconnect Dropbox"
  3. Existing files remain in Dropbox
  4. New uploads won't sync

Autoenhance (REMO AUTO)

What is Autoenhance?

AI-powered photo editing service that automatically enhances real estate photos.

Features

  • HDR Enhancement - Balanced exposure
  • Sky Replacement - Blue sky in any weather
  • Twilight Conversion - Day-to-dusk transformation
  • Quality Assurance - Automatic quality checks

  2. Open REMO AUTO
  3. Configure your enhancement presets, auto-approve preference, and client markup
Verify setup steps

The exact REMO AUTO setup screen has changed over time. Confirm the current fields against your live Advanced → Settings → Integrations before publishing this section.

Usage

See REMO AUTO documentation for detailed usage.

Google OAuth

Setup

Google OAuth is configured at the platform level. Contact your platform administrator to enable.

User Experience

  1. User clicks "Sign in with Google"
  2. Redirected to Google sign-in
  3. Returns to REMO authenticated
  4. Account linked to Google profile

Keeping your website's prices current

Your website reads its catalog from REMO rather than REMO pushing it out: turn on the public catalog API in Settings and your site fetches your live services, packages and add-ons whenever it builds. Point REMO at your host's build hook in the same place, and every catalog edit — a new service, a price change, a deactivation — triggers a rebuild so the public prices follow within a minute or two.

The older push-based Catalog Sync to a Framer CMS collection was removed on 2026-09-17; nothing to do if you were not using it.

Feedback to Slack

The built-in Feedback System can deliver bug reports, feature requests, and general feedback to a Slack channel. This is configured by the platform team rather than per-workspace in the integrations screen.

Troubleshooting

Connection Issues

If an integration won't connect:

  1. Check your account credentials
  2. Ensure you have admin access
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting
  4. Check for service outages

Sync Problems

If files aren't syncing:

  1. Verify integration is connected
  2. Check storage space
  3. Review error logs in Settings
  4. Contact support if persisting
