Services Overview

Access service management from Advanced → Catalog.

Default Services

REMO comes with pre-configured services:

Shoot services vs. editing services

REMO supports two kinds of service:

• Shoot services (photography, video, drone, 3D) — performed on-site and priced by base price × property size, as described below.
• Editing services — applied to media a client already has, priced per image. These power editing-only orders and don't use property-size multipliers.

Managing Services

Add Service

1. Go to Advanced → Catalog
2. Click "Add Service"
3. Fill in service details:
   • Name
   • Description
   • Category
   • Base price
   • Duration estimate
4. Set required skills
5. Save service

Edit Service

1. Find service in list
2. Click "Edit"
3. Update details
4. Save changes

Deactivate Service

1. Find service in list
2. Click "Deactivate"
3. Service hidden from booking flow
4. Existing jobs unaffected

Pricing Model

Base Price

Starting price for the service, before adjustments.

Per-image pricing (editing services)

For editing services, set a per-image rate instead of a base price. The order total is the rate multiplied by the number of images the client submits, and it's confirmed once their upload is complete (until then the order shows "Awaiting final total"). Property size multipliers do not apply.

Service Categories

Group services by type:

• Photography
• Video
• 3D/Virtual
• Specialty

Packages

Bundle services at a discount.

Creating Packages

1. Go to Advanced → Catalog
2. Click "Create Package"
3. Name the package
4. Select included services
5. Set package price (typically less than sum of services)
6. Add description
7. Save package

"Complete Listing Package"

• Interior Photography ($150)
• Exterior Photography ($75)
• Drone Photography ($200)
• Package Price: $375 (vs $425 individual)

Package Display

Packages appear in booking flow:

• Shown alongside individual services
• Savings amount displayed
• Can be combined with add-ons

Add-ons

Optional extras clients can add to any booking.

Creating Add-ons

1. Go to Advanced → Catalog
2. Click "Create Add-on"
3. Configure:
   • Name
   • Description
   • Price
   • Compatible services (optional)
4. Save add-on

Service-Specific Add-ons

Link add-ons to specific services:

• Only show when that service is selected
• Twilight Photos → only with Exterior Photography
• Virtual Staging → only with Interior Photography

Pricing Display

In Booking Flow

Clients see:

1. Selected services with base prices
2. Property size adjustment
3. Add-ons selected
4. Package discounts (if applicable)
5. Total price

Invoice/Receipt

Itemized breakdown:

• Each service with price
• Size multiplier shown
• Add-ons listed separately
• Discounts applied
• Tax (if configured)
• Grand total

Best Practices

Pricing Strategy

• Research local market rates
• Consider your costs (photographer pay, editing, overhead)
• Build in margin for platform fees
• Offer package discounts to encourage larger bookings

Service Descriptions

Write clear descriptions:

• What's included
• Deliverable count (e.g., "25-35 edited photos")
• Turnaround time
• Any restrictions

Seasonal Adjustments

Consider creating seasonal add-ons:

• Holiday decorations
• Pool/outdoor season
• Snow removal timing
