Feedback System

REMO includes a built-in feedback system that allows users to report bugs, request features, and share general feedback directly with the development team.

Accessing Feedback

A floating Feedback button appears in the bottom-right corner of all authenticated pages. Click it to open the feedback modal.

Always Available

The feedback button is available on both the main REMO platform and REMO FAST pages, so you can share feedback from anywhere in the app.

Feedback Types

Choose the type that best describes your feedback:

Bug Report

Use this when something isn't working as expected.

  • Icon: Bug icon
  • Prompt: "What happened? What did you expect?"
  • Best for: Errors, crashes, broken features, unexpected behavior

Example: "The download button doesn't respond when I click it on the project detail page."

Feature Request

Suggest new features or improvements.

  • Icon: Lightbulb icon
  • Prompt: "What would you like to see?"
  • Best for: New feature ideas, workflow improvements, integration requests

Example: "It would be great to have bulk editing options for project names."

General Feedback

Share thoughts, praise, or anything else.

  • Icon: Chat bubble icon
  • Prompt: "Share your thoughts..."
  • Best for: General comments, user experience feedback, questions

Example: "Love the new dashboard layout! The projects grid is much easier to navigate."

Submitting Feedback

  1. Click the Feedback button in the bottom-right corner
  2. Select your feedback type (Bug, Feature, or General)
  3. Write your message (minimum 10 characters)
  4. Click Send Feedback

Your feedback is sent directly to our team via Slack, where we review and prioritize it.

Email Follow-up

If you're signed in, we'll use your email address to follow up if we have questions about your feedback.

What Happens to Your Feedback

  • Bug reports are triaged and prioritized based on severity
  • Feature requests are added to our product backlog for consideration
  • General feedback helps us understand user needs and satisfaction

We read every piece of feedback and use it to guide REMO's development.
