Getting access
REMO is in a closed beta. There is no public sign-up: every studio comes in by invitation, and every photographer, editor and client comes in through their studio.
If you run a studio
- Request access at remo-app.com. We open studios one at a time and will be in touch.
- Open your invitation. When your studio is approved you receive an email with a link. The link is yours alone and is valid for 14 days; if it lapses, ask and we'll send another.
- Create your account on that page — your name and the address we invited, or continue with Google. Verify your email.
- Set up your studio. REMO asks you a short series of questions and builds your studio from the answers. That is the next page: Setting up your studio.
If you make an account first and open the invitation afterwards, that works too — sign in, then open the link.
If you sign in and see "REMO is by invitation right now", you have an account but no studio yet. Either open the invitation link you were sent, or request access from that screen.
If you shoot or edit for a studio
Your studio invites you. You get an email with a link; open it, make your account, and you land in the studio with the right role already set. Nothing to request.
Photographers open REMO on their phone and get the field deck: today's shoots, the job, the upload. Editors get the queue. Both are covered in the User Guide.
If you are a client
You never need a REMO account to book: your studio's booking page takes the booking and your email. If the studio invites you to its client portal, you get a link, make an account, and can see your jobs, book again, and download your media in one place.
Signing in later
- REMO's own door: remo-app.com, Sign in.
- Your studio's door: studios with their own domain or booking page have a sign-in of their own, in their branding. Either door takes you to the same studio.
There is no Sign up on either door while the beta is closed. If you were expecting one, you were expecting an invitation — check your email, or ask your studio.
