The client portal
The portal is where your clients see their jobs, book again, download their photos and pay. They get there through an invitation from you, or by following any REMO link once they have an account.
Home
A greeting, the listings in motion, their usual order with a Book the usual button, and a glance at what's open on their bill.
Book a shoot
The same booking steps as your booking page, with the client's details already filled in.
Media
Every shoot, filtered by In motion, Delivered or All.
A shoot in motion shows where it is — Booked · Shooting · Editing · Quality Check · Delivered — plus the time, the photographer, the services and the price. The client can Reschedule or Cancel here while your rules allow it. If they can't, the page says why and offers Ask the studio, which sends you a message.
A delivered shoot shows the gallery: the photos, hearts to mark favorites, Download all in MLS or full size, and Share link. Under it, How did we do? with Great or Needs a fix. A fix request comes to your Feed. See Delivery.
Billing
Every order, invoice and receipt, with Pay now on anything open. See Payments.
Preferences
How your studio works with this client: their delivery preferences, their usual order, how to reach them. The client can edit these, and every change is kept.
Asking REMO
Clients can ask REMO too. It answers about their own jobs and passes requests to you. When a client asks REMO to move or change something, they see Sent to your studio for their answer, and the ask shows up in your Feed.
Inviting a client
Open People › Clients and add the client, or open their page, and send the invitation from its Access section. Anyone who has booked with you is already a client; the invitation just gives them the portal.
