Delivery

When the finals are ready, you deliver. The client gets an email with a link to their own delivery page.

Delivering

Open the job in Ready for Delivery and press Deliver. REMO asks you to confirm, then:

  • sends the client an email with the link,
  • marks the job Delivered,
  • and takes it off the board.

You can also tell REMO: Deliver 88 Ocean Drive.

Before you deliver, look at the finals. If something's wrong, press Send back… instead. The editor gets your note; the client hears nothing.

The delivery page

The page is public: anyone with the link can open it. It's in your branding.

  • The photos, in a grid. Videos and 3D tours sit alongside, with a filter when there's more than one kind.
  • Download all, in two sizes: MLS-ready (sized for the MLS upload) or Full resolution (for print and the archive).
  • Share copies the link.
  • Book a shoot for the next listing.
  • How did we do? — a one-tap rating, with an optional note.

Each job has one delivery link. It doesn't expire. To stop it working, open the job's media, find the delivered photos, and press Revoke. A new link can be made any time.

Pay before download

If your Handbook says clients pay before they download, the delivery page shows the photos as locked until the invoice is paid. The client pays from their portal. You can override this per job from the delivered photos' settings: workspace default, require payment, or allow without payment.

When a client wants a fix

On the delivery page in their portal, the client can answer Needs a fix and say what's wrong. That ask lands in your Feed. Accept it and the job goes back to the same editor; the client sees Being fixed. When the editor is done, deliver again.
