Editing-only orders
Sometimes a client already has photos and just needs them edited. No shoot, no photographer. They upload, your editor edits, REMO delivers.
Turning it on
Editing-only orders are off until you turn them on. Open Advanced → Settings → General and switch on editing-only bookings. Your catalog needs at least one editing service for the client to choose.
How the client orders
On your booking page, the client picks editing instead of a shoot, chooses the editing service, and places the order. They get a confirmation email with an upload link.
The job appears on your Jobs board in Scheduled, waiting for their photos.
Uploading
The client uploads through the link, or from the portal if they have one. They can upload in several sittings. Nothing happens until they press Submit for editing.
REMO reminds them after 48 hours if nothing has arrived.
Editing and delivery
From here it's a normal job: REMO suggests an editor, the editor works from their queue, you check the finals, and you deliver. See Jobs.
Pricing
Editing services are usually priced per photo. The order shows Awaiting final total until the photos are counted at the end of editing. Then the invoice is set and the client can pay.
Changing the order
The client can change what they ordered until they upload the first photo. After that, changes go through you.
